The first e-commerce business license was issued to an e-commerce entrepreneur in Rong County, Zigong City, on January 18. It was the first one of its kind in the county since the E-commerce Law was put into force across China on January 1.
The e-commerce business license can be granted to applicants at the spot if all the required materials are submitted and its issuance is expected to invigorate business market and promote sound development of private economy.
