A total of five projects with an investment inflow of 3.2 billion yuan were signed at the Da'an District Industrial Upgrading Investment Attraction Conference and Project Signing Ceremony in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, on July 10.
The projects are expected to create over 1,800 job opportunities.
With an investment of two billion yuan, the Da'an Xintiandi Project occupying an area of 18.9 hectares will be built into an urban complex featuring shopping malls, a commercial pedestrian street, an amusement park, a cinema, and office buildings.
Located at the Dashanpu Railway Logistics Park, the project of the assembly architecture construction base with an investment of eight million yuan will cover sectors such as assembly architecture, green building materials design, production, sales, and so on.
