Being the only city in Sichuan selected in the first batch of the state-level culture export base, Zigong is renowned for its unique salt culture, dinosaur fossils, lantern production and delicious food. With an exhibition area of 1500 square meters, the Zigong pavilion showcased 40 cultural and tourism departments and enterprises.

Focusing on its lantern production and dinosaur fossils, the exhibition also showcased its salt culture, Sichuan dishes, and intangible cultural heritage through various modern means like electronic engineering and interactive screens.
