The National University Science Park of the Sichuan University of Science and Engineering was unveiled on Dec. 24.
Being an essential part of the national innovation system, the national science park of universities serves as the base for self-innovation and the platform to promote the integration of production, study and research and foster innovative personnel. Furthermore, it connects universities with enterprises and contributes to the local economic development, technological progress, talent cultivation, and disciplinary construction.
According to the plate unveiling ceremony, the National University Science Park of the Sichuan University of Science and Engineering aims to improve innovative capacity, serve local economic development in the commercialization of scientific achievement, business incubation, and cultivation of creative personnel.
