#Red Tourism-Themed Route
Zigong is also famous for its red tourism resources as it's the birthplace of two revolutionary martyrs: Jiang Zhuyun and Lu Deming. The former residence of Jiang Zhuyun (1920-1949), an underground member of the Communist Party of China and a revolutionary martyr, now serves as a popular memorial site and patriotic base. The former residence and birthplace of Lu Deming (1905-1927), commander-in-chief of the 1927 Autumn Harvest Uprising, is now a patriotism education site where visitors can learn more about Lu and pay their respects.
