Rong County Giant Buddha Statue is a stone statue that was built around the early 9th century. The Buddha statue is carved out of the cliff face of a stone hill that lies to the northeast of Rong county. This statue is the second tallest pre-modern statue after the giant Leshan Buddha Statue.
